You’ll need to use a feed generator or plugin that supports Google XML format output, not just TSV or TXT.
For example, on cheaplyapps.com, you could:

  1. Use your e-commerce platform’s XML feed option – Many platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) have apps or built-in settings to export in Google XML format. In Shopify, you can install an app such as “Google Shopping Feed” or “Data Feed Watch” and set the output format to XML.

  2. Convert your existing text feed to XML – If you already have the product data in TXT/TSV, you can run it through a converter or script (e.g., using an online CSV-to-XML tool or a custom script that maps your fields to Google’s XML schema).

  3. Manually build the XML using Google’s product feed specification – This is more technical, but it gives you full control over the feed structure and ensures compatibility with platforms that accept Google XML.

The key is that the feed generator must explicitly support Google XML syntax — otherwise you’ll always get a flat text file instead of the structured XML you need.

Hi Craig,
When the Stripe integration was implemented, the public key was the same for both live and test.  So it would be used and the corresponding key for live or test.

Stripe gives 4 keys to use. A public and secret key pair for live and test mode. So 4 keys. To enable Stripe in ProductCart, there are 3 fields. Public key, live key and test key. Is this something I need to worry about? I've seen a lot of  sites that have a lower test accessibility score than mineShocked. Also, I was made aware of this ADA Compliance yesterday.

My products have been crawled and indexed but don't show up in google searches. Google search console says there is a problem with my crumbs, and when I view the page sources
there is only the "category.htm" (a link to the full URL) and in position 2 "product.htm" (also a link).
The error in the console is "unamed item", missing field "id" in the first position, and in some products error in position 2 as well. The console doesn't show the full URL or the base URL anywhere, should it? (it does show id="https://www.autoprotool.com/store/pc/pcBreadCrumbs at the top)
what needs to be fixed? Change it so it is not link and the full URL is displayed?

I am using ProductCart v5.03b.  I am new to this software. how do it get into the admin  i don't see any thing at all on admin.
also everything i've seen online about this version states there should be a "manage pricing categories" under the customer dropdown, mine does not have that.
