This becomes key as UPS makes residential</span></div><div><font size="2">more expensive to ship to than commercial addresses.<br></font><div><font size="2"><br></font></div><div><font size="2">That the discount schedule reflects a dollar price you pay instead of amount off. People</font></div><div><font size="2">react more&nbsp;</font><span style="font-size: small;">strongly to a discounted price instead of an amount saved and a</span><span style="font-size: small;">sking people</span></div><div><span style="font-size: small;">to do the math isn't the best sales technique.</span></div><div><span style="font-size: small;">A design group&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: small;">once offered this&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: small;">as an after market item but is no longer available.&nbsp;</span></div><div><font size="2"><br></font></div><div><font size="2">Eliminate the tabs for shipper select and instead go with a radio select list. The tab</font></div><div><font size="2">system&nbsp;</font><span style="font-size: small;">doesn't distinguish the shippers enough and many customers miss the other</span></div><div><span style="font-size: small;">options.</span></div><div><font size="2">A simple vertical list of all shipping options is easier to read and select.     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=204">MGatESS</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> &#039;Contact Us&#039; Multi-eMail Destination Selection<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02-October-2018 at 10:23am<br /><br />Currently, the v5.2.10 of ProductCart has a "Contact Us" page where customers/visitors can send an email to a SINGLE e-mail address - fill in the form, hit CONTINUE, and it sends to the email address you set in the Admin section for Email.<div><br></div><div>I have noticed that other companies have e-mail forms on their websites with either a dropdown box or radio-button selections on WHO to address the email to - such as giving the option of sending it to "Sales" or "Technical Support", etc.</div><div><br></div><div>Any possibility of having a future version with a more customizable eMail form?&nbsp; I was thinking something in the way of a radio-button/checkbox selection in the Administration section to turn "On" or "Off" multiple e-mail address selection?&nbsp;&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Could have it that, once turned "On", you can add multiple different selections, with a field for the "Label" (what the customer would see as a selection in the form), then a field to set the e-mail address to send the form data to.&nbsp; I'm thinking a similar setup to the form for "Product Options" - where you can add, remove and rearrange the options/selections for the drop-down above the form.</div>]]>

For example, we always ship large, heavier items via FedEx Ground (unless going to Alaska or Hawaii, etc.)&nbsp;while smaller accessories we prefer USPS. Ideally customers could still override it (if they do not get regular mail service at their rural residence for example), but the default could be marked "preferred method for this product" to corral them in the direction you wish. And prompt them to enter a street address if FedEx Ground IS the preferred method for any one of the items ordered (assuming the smaller items would be added to the larger box).<br><br>Also along those lines, maybe an "X amount of days" delay setting for certain items that require configuration/testing prior to shipment?<br><br><br><br><br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by JLaw - 01-December-2017 at 4:08pm</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=2604">JLaw</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> FedEx Delay Shipment Setting vs cutoff time<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01-December-2017 at 3:35pm<br /><br />In the FedEx Web Services options, you can set the Delay Shipment Setting to add a single day or multiple days to your shipments in order to buffer for pickup times, etc. - however it would be much more useful if you could set an actual cutoff time, so that order placed after a certain hour are bumped an extra day.&nbsp;<br><br>I assume you cannot enter a fractional "day" (ie - .5 for 12 hours) in this field?<br><br>And to clarify: This matters most when someone wants a shipment via overnight. The Marketing Industry is "pushing" for companies to respond to abandoned carts since they can bring conversions.<div><br></div><div>Unless I do not understand where in the ProductCart admin menu it may be, I have not found any "auto-responder" for Incomplete Orders in ProductCart 5.2.00. &nbsp;Is there one in v5.2.10?</div><div><br></div><div>If not, are there any plans of including an e-mail auto-responder for Incomplete Orders (abandoned carts) in the near future? &nbsp;A good feature would be for a PC admin to "turn on" (check box/radio button) and fill-in a form - like the e-mail forms available for "Order Received", "Order Confirmation", "Order Canceled", etc.&nbsp;</div>]]>
