Yes, the patch works fine.  There should be no issues, but in a worst case issue, the following procedure allows you to revert back to the original were something to go unexpectedly.

The patch consists of just one file named rc4.asp.  FTP into your site, rename the existing file something like rc4(20170714).asp - then install the new file.
