You’ll need to use a feed generator or plugin that supports Google XML format output, not just TSV or TXT.
For example, on cheaplyapps.com, you could:

Use your e-commerce platform’s XML feed option – Many platforms (like Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) have apps or built-in settings to export in Google XML format. In Shopify, you can install an app such as “Google Shopping Feed” or “Data Feed Watch” and set the output format to XML.
Convert your existing text feed to XML – If you already have the product data in TXT/TSV, you can run it through a converter or script (e.g., using an online CSV-to-XML tool or a custom script that maps your fields to Google’s XML schema).
Manually build the XML using Google’s product feed specification – This is more technical, but it gives you full control over the feed structure and ensures compatibility with platforms that accept Google XML.

The key is that the feed generator must explicitly support Google XML syntax — otherwise you’ll always get a flat text file instead of the structured XML you need.

Being ADA compliant helps to ensure these users have the access they need to fully use your website. Additionally, there has been a big increase in the number of lawsuits against non-ADA compliant websites. So having an ADA compliant helps to minimize this risk.

Is this something I need to worry about? I've seen a lot of sites that have a lower test accessibility score than mine. Also, I was made aware of this ADA Compliance yesterday.

My manager wants to integrate Facebook Pixel to our website. I have NO CLUE what I'm doing!

Using ProductCart v5.2.10

I need to set up a way that someone (with a coupon code or something) can go into our store, purchase a specific product and get that product completely free?

We want to do a promotional for a Trade Show, and we have a product (that has a cost and we charge shipping on) that we want to make a "Get ONE (1) For Free With This Coupon" and allow them to get it through the online store.

However, the Discount Code will only allow ONE thing to apply at a time: a set value off, a percentage off, or free shipping. It will not allow me to COMBINE say 100% off (free product) and Free Ground Shipping. However, I can't make a "Free Product" in the system (new product set at a value of "$0.00") because we want it to be a SINGLE (one only) per customer for ONE TIME (so they can't ask for say 1,000 freebies - they would get one free, and the other 999 would be charged the regular price, nor be able to make 5 or more single purchases and each gets applied the freebie).

How can I set it up in PC v5.2.10 to accomplish this?

Does ProductCart have the ability to create a "Generic" part number with an open description and price so I can place an order for a customer and fill it in for a non-stocked item?

It's for the purpose of recording a special-ordered item that we're not going to track as an inventory item. Like a "one-off" so each iteration of it will just be for that sale, and just record the money charged for that sale exclusively. However, I would be able to use it multiple times in the sale, and across multiple sales.

Or is this beyond the function of ProductCart?

Have our ProductCart ver 5.2.10 running on a Windows Server hosted by JoltDigital.com.

I have been getting many customer complaints that the shopping cart system is constantly sending out e-mail notices to them to reset their password. I do NOT have ANY settings to do this active in the PC control panel, yet it keeps happening. I have one customer that has had the notices (and their account screwed-up as a result where I had to go in as an admin and manually reset their password) happen 3-4 times this year alone.

I just un-checked "advanced security to User Login pages" in the control panel section "Advanced Security Settings" to see if that helps. Would this issue arise if the checkbox for "Send an email to customer when the password is successfully reset" under the section labeled: "Password & Login" were checked cause this issue? By its wording, I would think this would only go out IF the user was to manually reset their password themselves through the user control panel when they login to the webstore. NOT that it would auto-generate a "reset your password" email to users.

I REALLY need help with this! My customers are getting frustrated with having to deal with this, which will cause our customers to go elsewhere for their purchasing needs!

This isn't a problem that we have seen reported before. I've taken a look at those links with a few team members from different teams for feedback. Unfortunately we haven't been able to find a answer to why the apparel pages are taking so long to load based on what we can see from a web browser.

I would like to ask the development team to take a deeper look at the apparel pages to see why they may not be loading. For them to learn more it will be necessary for them to look at settings in your ProductCart Control Panel and in the files related to displaying apparel products. The best way to provide the information the development team will need is to put in a support ticket at https://www.productcart.com/support-request.asp and use the secure form to pass along Control Panel and FTP credentials.
