We have recently launched an apparel and merchandise store that is strictly e-commerce via Product Cart (3.0). All our inventory levels are accurate in PC as well. I am curious as to how others track freebies/comps, etc. For example we will be sending some giveaways to a trade show. Would you manually adjust the inventory levels down? We also thought of creating orders under a "house account" with 100% discounts applied? Other thoughts?
