Please supply a URL as a sample of what isn't working and details about what doesn't work. I've just re-designed a website using product cart and fixed a couple issues with tech support, but now my header and footer files are not functioning.  They were working fine before these recent issues but now the only header/footer files that work are the default ones or the original ones on the original site.  Any files that I try to create, no matter how simple and basic cause the entire store to error.  I am 100% certain I am creating the files properly, like I said they were working fine a couple weeks ago.

Tech support apparently can't help me on this issue, please help me out!
