Typically the best was to go is to hire a programmer for a few hours to adjust our export tools so that they output a file that is exactly what the other system can import. A programmer might be more than willing to do so as they might be able to offer the same export tools to other SAFE customers.

As for the automated purchase order feature: this is also a good idea! At Early Impact unfortunately we receive a ton of good ideas for new features, and it's impossible for us to react quickly to all of them. I would recommend contacting a Certified ProductCart Developer for a quote. If they see an opportunity for a tool that other people could use, they might be able to give you a discount on the development effort and then resell the same tool to other ProductCart users.

We hope this helps.
