Go to http://www.earlyimpact.com/productcart/support/index.asp#man uals and click on the link for Integrating ProductCart v3 with your Web site and read through that document for an overview of the Product Cart template and CSS files used by Product Cart.

Almost any style change will be handled by modifying something in one of four main files: header.asp, footer.asp, pcHeaderFooter.css and pcStoreFront.css. In your case the styles are in pcHeaderFooter.css.
