Editing this line in pc/ei-toolip.js should do the trick:

var offsetdivfrompointerX=54

I have replaced all the graphics for the Ajax preview.  Can't seem to determine what is causing the margin between the window main body and the pointer. Looks to be approximately a 4-5px gap.
