If you have a CD or DVD burner on yor computer then you could burn some of the files onto the cd/dvd and then download the site onto your computer. Then you could burn the downloaded files onto a cd/dvd for future use.
This is hoping your site doesn't take up a lot of space. That's how I backed up my files from my old host. But I didn't have shopping cart on my old site, so it wasn't a very huge download. Good luck!
What is the best / easiest way to proceed? Host A will be of less than zero support and Host B will be of support once I move it to their 'services"

Does anyone have a trick or a third party that I can utilize to make my own backup of my site before I transfer it?

Greta
