Hi,
  I've not used this feature but I think you are referring to the option  that appears at the top of the configuration page (where you set up the products configuration) that reads :
"Add Additional Charges"

There is also a link near the end of the configuration that reads :
"No Additional Charges - Add New"

Hi,

Since two weeks I use Product Cart BTO.

I have a question and hope somebody can help me.

The product configurator provides an additional layer of flexibility in that it allows you to add charges that are not depent on the quantity ordered by the customer. (If you have the User Guide, page 431)

Where can I find that configuration in the Control Panel?
