ProductCart has a nice email feature, but there is no documentation on custom fields that can be placed into emails or details on further customizing the emails. For instance, the emails automatically sent to my dropshipper don't have enough information (i.e. if the order used a coupon my dropshipper needs to know but this doesn't show up in their emails). In another case, the ProductCart team offered me a code to display the order weight in the email, but it gives a number that looks like ounces (which is strange when something weighs 162 ounces--why not show pounds and ounces in such a case?).

Perhaps this forum could serve as a list of dynamic fields and descriptions or the administrator could set up an area to host this information?

Here's an example of a dynamic email in the dropshipper edit screen:
