    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=168">diesirae</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 625<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29-January-2007 at 6:32pm<br /><br />In V3, when I go to the "Reports" tab and select a report for a specific product, I have noticed that when requesting a return of shipped items in a time period, the report is in error if the invoice had been updated to "shipped" using the "process/update" tab instead of using the shipping wizard.&nbsp; "Reports" does not seem to recognize the updated status when it is done through "process/update". Even when the order status legend is showing a green ball.<br><br>If this is the case, it should be fixed to reflect shipped consistently no matter through which process available in V3 the user elects to&nbsp; classify an order shiped. <br>]]>
