Have ProductCart v5.2.10

Is there a way to apply a discount code ONLY if you follow a URL?

Want to make a banner ad on an e-mail distributed newsletter so that the coupon will be applied IF someone clicks on the banner in the email, and follows a URL to our ProductCart.  Anyone else going via the Home page or off of a link from Google (or whatever web search engine) would NOT get the coupon.

Just wondering if there was that capability in ProductCart.
