I recommend a support ticket as NSC will likely need store admin and FTP access.  They will also need to know store version.

I'm trying to turn on AddThis on my product pages and it's not working correctly. I've added the correct code in the control panel and I have the Add This Zone set to display on my product page, but nothing shows. 

If I add the display code into a custom html element , the buttons appear, so I know it should be working.

I noticed that in the control panel that there's no preview of the buttons either once the code is added.

Any thoughts?
