An "Abandoned Cart Follow-up" module is available for 5.1.01 as well as 5.2.1.  The code that has been implemented for this module represents a "very light touch" on the base code, and is available for a one-time fee.

More and more I am seeing a trend towards having responses to abandoned carts (incomplete orders). The Marketing Industry is "pushing" for companies to respond to abandoned carts since they can bring conversions.

Unless I do not understand where in the ProductCart admin menu it may be, I have not found any "auto-responder" for Incomplete Orders in ProductCart 5.2.00.  Is there one in v5.2.10?

If not, are there any plans of including an e-mail auto-responder for Incomplete Orders (abandoned carts) in the near future?  A good feature would be for a PC admin to "turn on" (check box/radio button) and fill-in a form - like the e-mail forms available for "Order Received", "Order Confirmation", "Order Canceled", etc.
