You can use SQL Studio (free)...

1.  Right click database

2.  Tasks > Export Data

3.  Select the source database

4.  For destination select "Excel"

5.  In next step select the tables you want in the output.

6.  That's all, click Finish.

No, only manually via SQL studio, and even that will probably be a challenge when quotes are encountered.
