This would require a customization to the software, but a good ASP developer could probably leverage the type of approach described here to differentiate between a Guest and a Registered Customer and then use logic to only allow the Code if the Customer is logged in:

Hello everyone,

I was wondering if anybody figured out how to apply a discount coupon to a new registered customer.  Guests order would not get the coupon.  Is there anyway to accomplish that?
