What version are you on?  I understand this is probably v5, but are you at 5.1?  I believe this will be resolved if you upgrade to that level.

When using PayPal Express Checkout option, ProductCart seems to populate the shipping information listed in Paypal to both the Billing and Shipping Info fields in onepagecheckout.asp, while ignoring the billing information listed in PayPal. Is this the case? 

Also all fields seem to populate to onepagecheckout.asp, except the State, which needs to be selected manually each time. Is this a known issue with a fix?
