I recently received a few email about my website built on ProductCart.  

Below is the email.  Did Paypal made some changes and do I need to update something in order for Paypal to work?  I don't know if my paypal is working anymore, I haven't tested it yet or maybe it is rejecting my customer.  Does anyone else receive these email?  Thanks.
