Follow up. I found it. It's in the jquery in the footer if any one else has this issue.

Ahoy hoy!

Working with v5. We used the basic blue as a framework. The theme has a search bar the fades in a modal window. We've removed that feature and put the search bar directly on the page. See link below.

The fade still exists and I can't bloody find what's triggering it.

Any ideas?
