Does anyone have customers complain using the checkout screen?  We have a couple customers complain from time to time.  The last customer said "it is by far the most cumbersome online process" he knows.  He suggestion was to combine all the steps on 1 page.  I know all the sections are collapsed on 1 page and separated by anchors.  Is it possible to flatten the page with all sections expanded?  This would cut out a couple clicks.

I have gone through our checkout process and I don't find it cumbersome, but I personally do not buy things online so I can't compare.
