I would like to modify the form used to fill in product data through the control panel so that there will be a "hidden" text box - by this I mean that this will not be visible to people who view the store normally.

It would be a text box that would show up only to control panel access users who access the product form for editing/creating.  I want this so that we can post "notes" about that particular product/SKU number.

Would something like this be possible or will it screw up the database file?  It should be a SQL database.  We're running v3.01 PPD.

Any suggestions?
