I want to create a quantity discount or coupon that will give customers one additional free card for every 12 they purchase. I've gone to quantity discounts and set up a category-based discount from 13 to 13 equal to the cost of one card.

So far, so good.

Unfortunately, I cannot enter the "from" value for the next price break, only the "to" field. PC assumes I want to give them the discount for anything over the first "to" quantity.

Is there a way to set up price breaks at specific intervals. In other words I would set up a discount at 13 cards, 25 cards, 37 cards, etc.? Or a discount that worked on multiples of a certain number, in this case 12 or 13?

I've tried to set up a coupon code as well, but have found no way, yet, to make this work.

Any thoughts?
