We have noticed the shipping state is missing from our invoices, and when I have checked another store I also run it is also missing the shipping state. Looking at the OrderInvoice.asp the code reads:

        <%=pshippingcity%>, <%=pshippingStateCode%>&nbsp;<%=pshippingZip%>
        <% if pShippingCountryCode <> scShipFromPostalCountry then
response.write "<BR>" & pShippingCountryCode
        end if %>
        <% if pshippingPhone = "" then %>

Does anyone have any suggestions why this is happening?
