I know that topic is not exactly clear, so here's what I'm talking about:

When a customer goes through the checkout process to the final screen and then decides to go back and add something else to their cart, when they try to return to the checkout page they have to go through all the preliminary pages again - selecting shipping address, selecting shipping options, etc. - before they get back to the checkout page.

From a cart-abandonment perspective this is huge bummer. It's at least two extra steps that they have already gone through previously.

My question is, how can I get PC to remember their previous choices so that customers can go directly to the checkout page?

Has anyone done this?
