Hi Luke,

Sure, try going to the page 'pcadmin/LocateProducts.asp', toggling the 'Include inactive products' checkbox should update the AJAX filter (in blue just above 'Category'), but if not, you can take the check out of 'Include inactive products', change 'Results per page' to 100 and each page returned will have 100, add those up and the number from the last page, (most likely under 100) and you should have your total.

Is there anyway to see how many of the products are "active"?
Here is the info:

  • The total number of products is 4625.
    This number represents the total record count from the "products" table. It includes inactive and deleted products and can be useful when troubleshooting performance issues
  • The total number of categories is 210.
    This number represents the total record count from the "categories" table.

Hi Luke,

You can look at the bottom of the stores troubleshooting page.  It will tell you the number of products and categories in your store.
