a few points. 
- you should not reveal to the public the address of your control panel.
- it is best practice to rename pcadmin to something secret.  Now that you have revealed the location of your control panel, please rename that folder and edit /shop/includes/secureadminfolder.asp with the name of the new folder.  This is an important security measure.
- once you have done the above, there is really not much anyone can do to resolve your error without FTP access to the site.  Please file a support request with Netsource, and coordinate with them to seek a resolution.
