Is it possible to change which product a review is associated with?

For example, say Product X has option A, Option B, and Option C. You make Product X inactive, and create 3 top level products from it: Xa, Xb, and Xc. Is it possible to split the reviews that have been entered for Product X, so that each review is associated with the specific product it is referring to?
