On the page where you configure WorldPay reenter the details ensuring no stray spaces are entered. If that does not work please raise a support ticket.

Hi there,
 
We're having issues getting our new World Pay account activated on the store.
 
When I contact WorldPay, they said that the coding is the only thing causing the issue at the moment.
 
The email says:
 
"

Onthe codes of your shopping cart, there is a space after the installation ID (  I highlighted it in red),could you remove that space as we believe it is the reason why we received theerror message during the test transaction

Does anybody know where I could find/access this coding for editing either in the store control panel or elsewhere?
