Hi, This looks like it may be due to customised code, if you don't believe that is the cause please raise a support ticket.

I'm very new to Product Cart and am experiencing a problem I can't seem to resolve.  When entering a test order into the cart, I get the following error at the very end of the process.
Error: baddata in custid, password Error Type: badformat
 
I've removed and re-added myself as the test customer, but get the same error.  I know the email address is valid, as I've tested the Forget Email feature, which works perfectly.  Any help or suggestions are appreciated.
