Every time I, or anybody else, tries to enter a real or fake card number for the Offline Credit Card payment option a Customer Alert always pops up saying "There was an unexpected problem updating your order. Please contact us so we can help save your order, or try again". This only seems to happen with Offline Credit Cards. 

This is in our test cart, and we just upgraded it to 4.7 to test and get our mods working in. What files or setting should I be checking to fix this problem?
