I am developing my site. I notice that all the software generated links do not include www.  but instead are   mysite.com/jewelry

The question is shouldn't the full path including the www. be there for SEO and also to prevent errors when switching to SSL ?

If so, where is this controlled from? how do I get the www. on the auto generated links?
