Change the text between the quotes for "Typically..."

When I  have an item that is on backorder, and I want the Customer to be able to order the item anyway,  ProductCart displays the message:

Availability: Typically ships within 14 days

I need to alter this message, but I cannot locate the correct asp file.

What asp file contains this message?

I simply need to alter this message to say:

Availability: BACKORDERED - Typically ships within 14 days
