    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=10">ledfish</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 553<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10-December-2006 at 12:24pm<br /><br /><P>I'm currently using version 2.76 and not looking to upgrade at this time.</P><P>Every once in a while, I will get an order where an item on the order had a required option, for example size, and the option is just not there. I will go and double check the product setup page for the item to make sure that the required box is checked and sure enough it always is.</P><P>This does not happen repeatedly with the same product or even with the same customer. And as much as I have tried, I have never been able to repeat the problem on my own. I was thinking it might have something to do with them having java scripts disabled or something like that. I can't find anything that indicates it is a bug of anykind with productcart itself.</P><P>Anybody else encounter this problem and figured out how it is happening?
