Yes, it's possible ... but it would require a customization.

Hello,

We are using the "Export orders" report via the Custom Data Export section of ProductCart and noticed that any Input fields are not exported. For example, we have a "Who is this for" input field associated with each product and when we do the export, that field is not shown. Is this possible?
