Right now for some reason our pages change width size as we go from one category to page to another.

we'd like it to stay as it is on this link size:http://funnyfotocards.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories .asp?idCategory=12

but on  hitting another category on side nav it changes width size :
http://funnyfotocards.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp? idCategory=16

can anyone help?

also anyone know can I make the side nav  so it stays open to sub categories?
