When my customers enter a company name in their "Bill To" information,the company name is automatically carrying over into the "Ship To"section.  How can I turn this off?   This is creating alot of problems when we import the mailing list data into our UPSsoftware. 

For example, the customer will enter this information:

ohn Smith
ABC BANK
123 Main Street
Anywhere, USA 12345

and the Ship to address will look like this:

Mrs. Betty Johnson
ABC BANK
555 Maple Street
Topeka, Kansas 11111
