Thanks. actually I didn't change the default setting 'No', but I didn't realize that it appears on the Summary page, thanks for pointing that out.

There is a setting in the Control Panel to show/hide the discount box during checkout. Click on Settings | Store Settings then click the Miscellaneous tab. Make sure the "Hide Enter Discount/Gift Certificate Code" is set to No and update your settings.

When you checkout, the Discount Code entry will be on step 4 (Summary) below the product summary section.

Hi All,

I am relatively new to the ProductCart. Purchased last week, started using this week. I like it so far.

I am trying to add the 'Coupon' from Manage Coupons under Marketing. I could add it without any problem, but I can't see it (the coupon code box) when I test it during checkput process in the store. I also have quantity discount which seems to be working fine. I am not sure if it has something to do with quantity discount. I set 'Yes' to 'Allow the code to be used with other discounts...' and I still can't see the box.

Am I missing something?
