Our company has PC v3.01

In the product details page (the form that associates fill out from the control panel for product information) we want to have a "note" field such as a text box where we can add notes and other information about the particular product where only those with control panel access can see.  This would also be helpful with the customer, affiliates or wholesaler account forms - fields that only those of us with control panel access can view/add/delete information.

Is there any way to do this?  What file(s) must be modified for this to work?  I'm not familiar with ASP coding, so the most detail on how to make these changes will be needed.  Thanks
