Hi Gary, Which version of ProductCart are you running and can you share the stores URL? Is this for a logged in user account?

Hello,

when I save a shopping cart that works ok. When the customer service message appears I can Clear Cart which it does, View Cart which removes the cart, or Continue Shopping. Is this working correctly? The View Cart as it appears the cart is already loaded removes the cart completely. I must then go into my menu and select View saved shopping carts and select it again. If I continue to use View Cart all my saved carts will eventually be deleted.

There must be an issue here.
