Our sales manager would like the following reports:
  1. # of abandoned carts each week/month.
  2. # of incomplete orders each week/month
  3. # of guest accounts each week/month
  4. # of duplicate accounts in product cart
Am I just blind, or do they not exist?

#1, I can't find at all. Probably because abandoned carts aren't tracked.   But Saved Carts are, and old saved carts are similar to abandoned, so that might help get her the info she wants.

#2, We contact customers with incomplete orders frequently (weekly, if not daily), and take care of them. Perhaps that's why reports with Drop-Offs older than this week, all return 0 results for us?

#3, I see in the dashboard for the last 30 days, but don't see a report that I can run by week or month.
