Or call me Friday @ 509-252-2900 x131 (too many meetings today).</div><div><div><br></div><div>I'd also like a drop-down menu box for one of our questions in the normal "Special Customer Questions" section.&nbsp;</div><div>I'd like customers to be able to choose from a few backorder options in a dropdown menu, rather than just click "Backorder" or leave the box blank to cancel out of stock items. &nbsp; It's fine if this option saves with their account. Most of our customers keep the same backorder preference for all orders. &nbsp;</div></div>]]>

The OPC is complicated, plus you've got the composition of the email message to deal with. Sometimes they have other (valid) reasons for listing yet another Company name there. &nbsp;Some are also quite fickle with their business names, as they change to making different types of crafts.</div><div style="font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div style="font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; ">So our data department would like us to add a clickbox like</div><div style="font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; ">"Update my permanent account with this info."&nbsp;</div><div style="font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; ">and have it send with the order, but then clear itself (like the Comment field, and "Name your Order" field).</div><div style="font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; "><br></div><div style="font-family: verdana, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; ">It would nice if this could also be integrated into PayPal checkout ... but as long as it didn't break PayPal checkout we'd be content.</div>]]>
