if any one else would like to know how to display this longer than 1 second. You can make a change to the checkout.asp file as following.
code was
 
$("#ORVLoader").html('<div class=pcErrorMessage> '+data+' </div>');
var callbackBill=function (){setTimeout(function(){$("#ORVLoader").hide();},1000);}
$("#ORVLoader").effect('',{},500,callbackBill);
 
changed to this shows for 30 seconds

Well i don’t knowif this is called an error but...

Did anyone elsenotice when looking up a order when you DO NOT have an account. If valid infois not present the error dialog box comes up for 1 second and then disappears.

go here and enter a valid email and make a order number up and see.
