If one item in shopping cart is marked as a "no shipping" item and another item in shopping cart is a shippable item.  Will product cart just apply the shipping charge of the shippable item and not the non shippable item OR will product cart just apply no shipping charges since one item in the cart is marked as "no shipping"????  Thanks!
