According to our customer service and phone sales people we are receiving calls about people's saved carts disappearing. I've personally went into 2 customers accounts and restored saved carts to have nothing in the cart. Then the saved cart disappears.

I've also dealt with couple of customers where they weren't able to log into their account. After finally finding their account I find that no email address was saved to their account details. So far all have been new accounts.

We upgraded to 4.6 about a month and a half about from 4.1 SP2 and that is when this problems started popping up. A few months, don't remember how many exactly, before that we upgraded our server to a dedicated SQL server with 2 load balancing web servers connecting to it.

Our store has a few mods in it, but nothing when it comes to saving or creating an account. I probably should be opening a ticket, but was wondering if anybody else are receiving the same problems.
