It was the Session ID Setting. I have not run into the problem since the setting changed.

I did a little testing on your site, and it's clear to me that you're on an IIS 7 server with ASP set to create a new session on secure connection. So what's happening here is your users have two different carts going in two different sessions, one under HTTP and the other under HTTPS.

You need to have your site configured to have keepSessionIdSecure ("New ID on Secure Connection") set to false.

It actually has nothing directly to do with saved carts, view cart or the OPC. It's just the bouncing back & forth between HTTP & HTTPS that's the problem (when the site is configured this way in IIS).

If you don't have access to this setting, request your host to set this for you.

Hi, my customers have been experiencing a wrong items in the checkout page.
The problem happens 
1. 'save cart' more than one products.
2. browse and 'add to cart' more items into the shopping cart
3. viewCart.asp shows the correct amount and items
4. onepageCheckout does not show correct amount and items.
