My instinct here is that there's a database issue here, and they may have moved/upgraded your database. From what you describe, it smells like an issue with data field types. Just a hunch. If I'm smelling the urine on the tree right here, you might want to contact Mark over at&nbsp;cognecy.com to have him take a look.</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=2528">AceRaider</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 5057<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19-March-2012 at 1:26pm<br /><br />Recently, (last 10 days) I have had a problem with the UPDATE function on the Configuration screen.&nbsp; It stops working on BTO Products that used to work fine, and it stops working on new BTO Products once I get past about 10 categories.&nbsp; Never had this before.&nbsp; EarlyImpact has looked at it, but doesn't have an answer at this point.&nbsp; This is a FULL STOP problem for me.&nbsp; Nothing changed on my host (GoDaddy), and it has worked basically fine for a year...<div>The only thing that "might" have triggered this (no proof), was that I updated several BTO products at one time using the update Multiple BTO Products function, and that is when the problem occurred for the first time ever (on those updated products).&nbsp; EI says they think that was coincidental and not the cause...</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Ideas?&nbsp; Seen this?</div><div>&nbsp;</div>]]>
