The Chrome browser autofill feature does not work on the checkout page onepagecheckout.asp


can someone please let me know how where it is disabled and how to enabled it.

I already added labels to all the form fields such as

<label for="First Name"></label>.. then the input field
<label for="Last Name"></label>. then the input field, etc.

I also added <input autocomplete=on  to all the form fields

And it still has a message that reads, this webpage has automatic filling of forms disabled.

Please help, I have been working on this for over 6 hours without results.
