Hi Casey,

You might want to consider updating your store. Version 3.51 is rather "old school" at this point. Versions 4.0, 4.1 & the current 4.5 use a completely different checkout process that's way slicker.

productCart v3.51

So it seems that some point this was working and then stopped working (maybe with the last patch? in summer 2011 or fall 2011?)

the problem now is when a customer service person is entering data for a phone order via our website and placing and order the billing address is not populating in the shipping address field when the check box is selected.  I've included to sample screen shots of this error.  

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

We'd rather not change shopping carts, as ProC v3.51 has been working fine for several years until this issue.  However, I'm to begin shopping for alternatives if this isn't remedied soon.
